1. Data used by the simulator
The simulator processes account identity, session records, eligibility decisions, value and item activity, responsible-use settings, document acknowledgements, and operational security logs.
- A saved Steam Trade URL is treated as sensitive account data and stored in encrypted form.
- Birth date and country inputs are sent to the eligibility decision endpoint and must not be written to application logs.
- Financial-shaped ledger and activity records are retained as immutable test evidence rather than silently deleted.
2. Activity visibility
Activity is private by default. A player may choose pseudonymous treatment for a future public activity feed, but the simulator does not currently publish that feed.
3. Optional communications
Marketing email preference is optional and separate from Terms, service delivery, and presentation of this Privacy Notice. It can be disabled from the Account page.
4. Production requirements
A production privacy notice must name the legal controller, purposes, lawful bases, recipients, retention periods, international transfers, contact routes, and region-specific rights before public traffic is accepted.
