1. Personal limits
Players can set daily deposit, daily play-spend, and session-time limits. Lower limits apply immediately. Increasing or removing a limit is delayed according to the displayed policy window.
2. Cool-off
A cool-off immediately blocks deposits and case opening for the selected period. Once active, it cannot be shortened or cancelled.
3. Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is a longer-term restriction. It cannot be cancelled, overridden by support, or shortened before the recorded end time.
Account, privacy, legal, history, and applicable withdrawal access remain available during the restriction.
4. Fail-closed enforcement
The API—not only the browser—must enforce eligibility, consent, limits, cool-off, and self-exclusion. When a required protection decision cannot be loaded, deposit and play should remain disabled.
