1. Minimum-age decision
The simulator compares the submitted birth date with the minimum age declared by its current policy. A production service must use the verification method required by each approved jurisdiction.
2. Regional decision
The submitted two-letter country code is evaluated against the simulator allowlist. Browser location, a country selector, or a payment logo alone is not sufficient production evidence.
3. Unknown and denied states
When eligibility is missing, denied, expired, or unavailable because of an API error, deposit and case opening remain disabled. The page must explain the state rather than representing it as an empty account.
4. Production launch gate
Public launch requires approved jurisdictions, authoritative age and identity providers where required, sanctions and AML controls, secure evidence retention, appeal routes, and legal sign-off.
